SYMPTOMS
The Ctrl-Alt-Del key combination is not sent to the remote computer after pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del in the Remote Control window.
CAUSE
The Ctrl-Alt-Del key combination cannot be captured and sent to the remote computer.
RESOLUTION
The Ctrl-Alt-Del command can be sent to the remote computer using one of the following methods:
- Use the Ctrl-Alt-End key combination
- Use the Ctrl-Alt-Del button located in the Remote Control window
